what kind of brake discs do you have in denfgu frame?

what brake discs do you have in denfgu e10, won't the front 203mm disc be too big? it won't damage the frame?
rear smallest disc is 180mm?
I ordered a frame and complete the equipment

I have 203mm at the front and back and I'm fine. It has no way to damage the disc frame. There is a minimum 203mm disc on my RockShox Zeb fork. At the back is a minimum of 180mm ... 👍 Cheers ...

Why do you have such a large 200 mm disc in the back, after all, the rear hardly brakes, does not block the wheel when braking?
I have two reasons for this:
I live in the mountains, each trip is 1200-1500 meters of vertical set and the same amount of drop.
I have good brakes with good modulation - Hayes Dominion A4 with metall pads

I have 220/220. I’m 90 kilos and my bike is 30 kilos I’m looking at 125 kilos with gear. More brake cooling the better. I also like my rear brake a lot and it can get hot when I’m on switchbacks and favoring the rear brake.

As CvK stated, mostly the rear brake is used to modulate speed, and it‘s important to get the heat down. The carbon frame (chainstay) cannot absorb any heat. The bigger the disc, the lower the system temperature.

You get the same amount of braking force on a 180mm rotor if you use a slightly softer compound pad over a 200mm rotor with a hard compound.

A better riding technique of using the front more also helps significantly, how often do you follow riders down steeper sections watching the locked up rear wheel skidding wildly about doing absolutely nada to reducing speed and gaining control.

Sorry I just don’t get the heat dissipation thing, the carbon frame by density of material will handle the low temps fine created by the rear brake calipher.

Bigger disc = more surface = better heat dissipation. The brake caliper heat cannot be absorbed by the carbon chainstay like by an aluminum one. Thats what I mean.

Hello everyone. I'm asking for help. i installed 220mm rotors front and rear. i used magura qm45 adapters but i didn't get it right. the brake pad is not the entire surface on the rotor, on the front part at the rear brake and on the upper part at the front brake the plate is outside the rotor 2-3mm. signs do not sit the entire surface. the seats on the frame and fork are 180mm. brakes shame code r. whether there was already a discussion about this or someone had a similar problem. thank you

I've got the same setup. Assuming that you've got a 180mm brake mount fork, will depend on the how you run the rotors:

180 fork and 220 mm rotors will mean that you need a +40mm adapter front and rear. I couldn't find any of these in Australia at the time and didnt want to wait to ride so I bought +43 to run a 223 rotor. I just got the battery powered grinder out, put a grinding disc on it and roughly ground off 1.5mm off of the mount and it works no worries :D :D :D
