Posting larger than an envelope normally incurs a cost based on weight and size.

What if it's lighter than 0g ?

Write the address and a message on a helium filled balloon for instance.

Take it into your post office and watch them try to weigh it ...

But then, do you trust them to deliver it ? What if the postman drops it ?

More practically, but only just, stuff your Helium balloon inside your package so that it weighs less.
But sadly, the Helium balloon will cost you more than the postage you save. :(

Dude! Go check your bike and see if it has been in a crash. If it has, get off your keyboard right now and get yourself checked out. You could be experiencing amnesiac shock!

Also have a look around your chair... if you find any marbles, take those with you. They might be able to put them all back in...
