What bike to buy?

Hi - I'm looking for advice on what to buy....
For context - I have an old e bike (2018?) it's a G tech escent and not made at all any more. It's broken and nobody can fix it...
I'm a 55 year old woman - fit but not wild - who wants the bike for a couple of things
1) most of the year commuting to work on/off road (flat) about 10 miles round trip
2) a month or so in the Summer - in the French Alps on MTB trails
Please don't tell me I need 2 bikes (maybe I do?!) but I'd love some advice / examples of bikes that might suit me. I'm not looking for a 10K+ bike but looking for a decent spec for my requirements. Thanks!

thanks - that looks like the sort of thing I'm after - stupid question - can you remove the battery to charge it? in the Alps I'm in a first floor apartment without much space and no power-point in my bike store.

If you got the budget go for a Tero 5.0 or the full suspension X 6.0 both got the 90nm motor and removable battery.
Find a shop to test ride a Tero.
