I don’t know how this translates to other countries, but I can think of two things.

1- My pre-ride-mid-morning snack.
2-I’m retired so not a lot on that plate.

The only other thing on my plate is recycle and garbage duty, empty the dishwasher, clean up after the dog.…oh! And fix a few bikes, go for a ride, maintain some trails.

All the kids are married now so now we’re a babysitting service for our grandchildren.

I thought the Canadians were the sensible ones in North America?
