Using a mini cell phone as a display. Instead of a bosch display.

So, I bought a new Scor 6080Z
That has a Bosch gen 4 with a mini remote, but with no display. I have the app on my Samsung flip 5 phone that works well as a display, but would be expensive to replace if I broke it in a crash. I was thinking of buying a cheap mimi phone to use as a display. Can I have 2 phones connected to 1 bike?
What are some thoughts on this?

I set up a Old Mobile phone to use the Bosch flow app rather than purchase a Kiox .
It works fine
I actually went one step further and bought a cheap sin card so i can leave my good expensive mobile at home when out on the trails .
So I can call out in a emergency but can't be contacted whilst riding
I find that disconnect refreshing and good for my mental health

I should also say that I very rarely have it on my bars as Ive discovered I don't really benefit from. Being able to view the flow app whilst riding .
I seem to manage fine without that Info and just concentrate on the ride

I might look into a cheap used
Phone. I have some old phones, but they're too old and can't download the Flow app.
I have to figure out what older version of Android I need to run the flow app.

For the app you need at least Android 9, also known as Android Pie. Released August 2018.
