From a 2020 stock Levo here is what I've changed and my short review. I ride in NorCal and it's very hilly here.
Fox 38 front fork...very noticeable upgrade, the bike is stiffer all around and better, totally worth it.
Maxxis tires...I thought the stock Butchers lacked grip and I slid off of rocks and roots. Worth it.
220mm front brake rotor...definitely noticeable, for the $50 this is a no brainer if you ride in real mountains.
Carbon (Deity) 35mm handlebars/stem...looks cooler, maybe better vibration dampening...but you need a new stem too because the stock stem is 31.8mm and 35mm bars won't fit. not really worth it.
Carbon (We Are One) rims...not worth it. Carbon rims look cooler but I do not notice any big change. For the money, this is by far the worst upgrade.
Hydra i9 rear hub...totally subjective sound to this hub. I personally love the way a hydra sounds because it's different than any other hub/bike. To me this is worth it, but I can easily see others not liking this at all. Does the engagement matter? not much.
