Hi all e people I ripped my rear tyre on sat so need a new set I'm off to Wales in June I'm told it's Rocky and hard on tyres so I'm thinking at least 2ply maybe even full DH casing but also need to think of rolling resistance aswell as some of the days are big rides and I'm running a 500wh battery ? Any suggestions welcome ?

I live in rocky Wales but its not super rocky everywhere here..
personally I use michelin wilds in the summer in the sticky gumX rubber 2.4" wide and I use maxxis assegai, maxxgrip, 2.5" wide, DH casing.
I use both tubeless with extra sealant
I WILL (and have) tear through anything that isnt a pretty heavy duty sidewall and so I put up with the extra drag and range etc.. I will still get a 35 mile ride done if I stay in eco though.

where are you going to ride?

here are a couple of my vids for an example of what i ride on here:

forest type riding

hill/trail riding
