what does it mean?

Under normal operation the 2 red lights mean you are down to 20% charge left in the battery. Tell us a bit more, is the battery fully charged? What does mission control or BLEvo report?

The two lights are normal, powers getting low so it shows red. I think once the last light start flashing the power cuts down to 30%. I think it’s suggested not to get to that point too many times to get the most life out of your battery.

It sounds like water have gotten into your battery. Sometimes it helps to take the battery into a warm dry room or carefully dry it out with a hair dryer. Otherwise it is a matter of warranty with where you bought the bike.

I have the same issue on a brand new battery. Specialized said it was cosmetic and harmless. They also said that if it bothered me they would replace under warranty. It is a bug and they don't have a fix for it. The battery warranty is like two years so I thought I might put a year on it and then turn it in for a new one.
