Tweaking motor settings on different motor brands

Hi

I have a Fazua ebike and after customizing/adjusting my motor settings I came to the conclusion that I want to be able to do that as much as possible.

The other motor brands like Shimano, Bosch, Brose, Bafang, Yamaha and so on is anyone of them better than the other in this aspect so I can adjust motor settings to my need and preference?

Would like some info on this so I can focus on the right motor when I purchase a emtb.
