Turbo Levo electronics issue

Hi all. New to this Forum. I've had a Turbo Levo since March 2019. Really love the bike but have just had to put it into repair shop following a motor start up issue. First had blue and red lights on top display. Turned off and then on again but this time no lights on top display but flashing green lights behind the motor plug point. It could be a cable issue reading up on this forum so hopefully it will get sorted quickly.
