Levo Gen 2 Turbo Levo 2020 Error Code

I have just collected my Levo FSR, which was repaired under warranty having been fitted with a brand new motor, which was cool. However, whilst in the care of the bike shop I was told that a new power cable was needed and this would be fitted too. Great.

After leaving the bike shop and cycling for a 15 seconds or so, the assistance stops and I receive the blue and red error code.

So taking the bike straight back to the shop they plug it in again and tell me that the rear sensor isn't aligning with the magnet on the rear wheel (which came from the SL version. I bought a second set of Roval wheels) and that it should be good when I fit the original wheel as the Turbo Levo rotor and the SL rotor are different sizes.

I have done this but I'm now receiving the same error code.

The thing is, I wasn't receiving the error code before the bike went into the store.

Any ideas? Is it the power cable?

I get this from Mission Control, I cleaned the sensor and magnet, to no avail. It also tells me that an update is available but only via the retailer.

It looks like they forgot to reattach the sensor cable.
