Turbo Levo 2019 Motor Self Runner Event

Hi, this happened 3 times on my last ride. Usually whilst out of the saddle pedalling. Wasn't putting a lot of effort into the pedalling. Happened in both Eco and Trail modes. Anyone else had this issue? Likely cause? Could be as simple as maybe a sensor>

Mines doing this now but cant seem to find anything about it online at all,mine was recently updated aswell and only has 1300 miles on it,local bike shop cant look at it for a week as they're busy..........agghhh!

Well had a new motor fitted on Friday, under warranty. Unfortunately the same thing happened the next day. So will see what they come up with next. Don't have any problem with the LBS, they have been really good

Acceleration setting? Shuttle setting? Usually happens when either of those settings are above zero

Interesting, I have set to 20 on both Eco and Trail, don't use Turbo unless chasing a roadie. Thanks

Thanks for that but specialized have told me that the motor needs replacing,damage had already been done before i had it updated.
