Tubeless seating woe sorted with tube

Had to refit a tyre the other day as tape had failed. Had 2 unsuccessful goes at seating the tyre with my air tank, I have had this issue before with a used tyre, I suspect because of cured sealant on the bead. Out with the valve, in with a tube, inflated to 40psi, satisfying pops and bangs. Broke one side, swapped tube for valve, bead seated straight away. Added sealant. Theory proved. Using Milkit system so old sealant was removed at the very start and saved. It was in good condition so injected through the valve at the very end of all this.
