Looks like a branded Focus - even looks like it says Focus on the frame in some pics, uses sam frame design etc etc

Yes i think they are in partnership somehow, not sure how much of bike is focus?

Is this a good thing or not?Is the running gear etc good?

there trial bikes are top quality as i have one.

The Focus Jam2 is a good bike, lots of owners of them on here - the parts TRS have specced on it are all decent, though the spec is more at the entry level of decent components rather than high end, but nothing crap. From what I can see its exactly the same spec as the Focus Jam2 6.7 Plus, which retails for 4k:

Do you know the RRP? If its over 4k then its overpriced, if its under its a bit of a bargain.

How do they conpare spec wise with the trek rail 5? As there roughly same cost.

Just got a price back for 4k for trs

Trek Rail is more of an Enduro bike vs the Jam which is really a trail bike. The focus has better parts at that price point, plus I believe the Trek Rail 5 comes with the smaller 504wh battery, rather than the bigger one in the TRS.
