TRP Slates - adaptors for One/Up and Shimano.

So think my new bike is coming with TRP Slates. I know they are not the best but needs must as I have spent all my money on the bike!

I will be installing a XT Shifter which is adaptor which is HD 4.1.

But when it comes to the OneUp remote it gets a bit more tricky as OneUp do not do an ispec B mount. I know the remote itself attaches direct to Matchmaker clamps. So looking a TRP the Ispec B to Matchmake clamp would probably fit but it doesnt look like it has any rotation so the lever will sit where its sits!

Another option is utilise an Ispec EV adaptor on the remote then attach that to an ispec ev adapor on the brake, but then you end up with some manged double adaptor!

Or just bugger this single clamp thing and just have 4 clamps.

Four clamps, it's no biggy other than aesthetics. The Slates aren't bad brakes, it's the stock pads that are garbage, swap them for some semi metallics. I've been using cheap SOMMET semi metallics from Amazon, about £17 for 4 sets they're the same fitment as Shimano Saint BR-M810 M820 Zee BR-M640 ZSPB19-4.
