Trek Powerfly 7 Gen 3 - what's a good deal?

Hi All.
I'm new to the forum and to EMTBs, but a longtime cyclist.
I'm considering buying an EMTB - mainly for use on roads and gravel tracks - no hardcore offroading.
I have the opportunity to buy a Trek Powerfly 7 Gen 3 (2022 I think) new for £2,450 / EUR 2,800 - and would be grateful for advice from members:
1. Is this a good bike?
2. Is it a good fit for my needs?
3. It's running the Kiox system, not the Smart System - any major limitation here?
4. Is this a good deal?
