I'm looking to purchase my first EMTB. I've got an opportunity to purchase a Trek Marlin +8 ex demo with only 500m on it and full warranty for £2280.00 which seems like a great deal and it looks good.
My only concern is that the motor torque and battery size seem low albeit I might need to increase my budget to increase both. I'm unsure if I'll use it on longer trails and if I'll need more range/enjoy more torque, however I'm concerned that I'll get the bug to ride it often and don't want to regret not having more.
Would anyone suggest a better bike with increased torque range for around the 2500.00 mark?
