Transport Turbo Levo by air ?

I have booked a holiday with Freeride Madiera. Is it possible to get the battery delivered in advanced and transport the Turbo Levo by air ?

What companies can deliver the battery to there from Manchester, England ?

I suspect doing that is going to be prohibitively expensive/major amounts of hassle.

Probably best to hire an ebike there, or just take a normal bike with you.

I've kept my normal bike for trips away like this.

You'll love madeira, the riding out there is great. and the freeride madeira team are good too.

there is no problem taking the Levo on a flight ( other than cost) but you cannot take the battery so if you want to take your bike see if you can hire a battery at the holiday location.

Some airlines don't allow e-bikes, even the battery is taken off.

I think there was a video on EMBN sometime last year, about a company who'll ship your bike to Europe, fairly reasonable and it includes battery carriage.
I can't remember the name though sorry.

The other issue is who is to say after going through all the hassle of shipping the Levo abroad it doesn't develop an error code during the holiday, or just before I'm due to go there, that's my biggest fear!
