Which has the original owner’s name on it. Yeah, just walk into a dealership, show that, either get politely asked to leave or they phone the police for fraud.

A bit extreme, think it would be a yes or no answer.

Most bike manufacturers don't allow transfer of warranties, only no of 2 that do Specialized and Trek

Trek uk is very sketchy when it comes to warranty for second owner, its not as straightforward as specialized. I have a CUBE anyway lol

Warranty in Oz is always transferrable, by law. It's the product that's warranted, not the buyer. All you need is proof of purchase. That doesn't have to be the original receipt. It could be a credit card receipt or insurance documents. The only issue is overseas purchases where you're stuck with the terms of the sellers country. You can buy a Cube here so you'll get an Australian warranty.

Of course. Don´t see big problem with that, unless you landed on shop with bad temper. They just need to submit any eventual warranty claim with the purchase data. Anyone can do such work on bealf of the owner, they don´t need to take fingerprints.?‍✈️?‍✈️?‍✈️?‍✈️
Buy new and you don´t have this problem ;)

Drama queen statement . The police wont even come out if your bike gets stolen.
