Hi, whilst i have a Cube 140 TM my query relates to a newly aquired e road bike, a Trek Domane+ SLR which has a TQ motor. Have ridden it once. Turned it on tonight, connected to my app all good. Went to turn it off and nothing happened. Left it for 30 mins returned and it had turned off. Pressed the button to check it and the 5402 plus some other radom letters came up such as REM and BTN? The error code 5402 says its that i pressed the remote during start up - I did not. Any ideas what the problem may be? Going to tear a strip off the dealer tomorrow as spending that much money and it fails on day 3 is not unacceptable. Thanks
