Have a Battery Extenders, (V01. 160 Wh) which have repeatedly now generated this ERR. 0494 DRV. RV. HW , when connected to the input on the bike post for my 2023 model Trek eXe 9.8 mtn.bike. This has happened on 3 diferent new Battery Extenders, despite following directions, and even despite only allowing discharge of the battery to 2% residual charge, and once having zero discharge, just hooking up to the bike input. Bike shop has updated the bike's software to match the new Battery Extender, and says Trek just responds by sending a new Battery Extender, but this is now the 3rd repeat same experience. So, am looking to see if others experienced the same. Wonder now if the bike's input interface somehow generates this bad connection.
