Hello, after only 2.000 km it stopped working with a E010 error.
I took the ebike to a Shimano authorized dealer for a diagnosis: torque sensor fatal error, Shimamo asks 700€ for a new motor (the warranty has expired).
I read a long thread here about E8000 service but I still haven't understand if there are real alternatives. The sensor is not available for sale. There might be some tricks that solve the problem, like opening the motor and cleaning it, or changing chain rings... so my question is: do they work at all?
