Anyone knows who makes (brand) a hitch rack similar to the Thule T2?

Unfortenatly, the T2 rack is only compatible with 2' hitch receptacle (more used on USA).

Looking for similar design, but for Ball Hitch

I have the Thule EPOS 2 bike carrier. It has (imho) better fixing arrangements and a total carrier weight of 60kg.
