The challenge with some eBikes is that the warranty doesn't transfer to subsequent owners. From Orbea's site:

"This warranty is available only to the original purchasers of products who complete the online registration form for the bicycle or frame within 30 days as from their purchase. It is not transferrable to subsequent purchasers of the materials covered, other than the original purchaser."

A buyer of a pre-owned eMTB still might be able to get warranty support from Shimano, however.

I have my Orb up for sale and even after multiple price drops I’ve not had a single enquiry other than a chancer offering a silly amount. Its up on here, eBay, pinkbike and gumtree, but not a sniff. Good luck unless you want to give it away cheap cheap.

I guess it's hard to justify buying a bike that doesn't have warranty and isn't purchased on HP at the moment in the UK, with other costs increasing?

Yes it definitely the wrong time to be selling one plus like you say the warranty is probably an issue for some people.
