I have my old non-E bike and I don't suppose it's worth much now and was thinking about converting it to an ebike using one of these Swytch conversions. They are coming out with a new version very soon but it only has a circa 250WH battery so I'm not sure how useful it would be. Anyone used a Swytch conversion?
