switching Levo Batteries

Hello all, I recently acquired a 504w battery for my Turbo Levo. The model I bought came with a 460w bat. the new battery installs mechanically but when I turn on the bike only the turbo mode works. The mission control app does recognize the new battery....any ideas on how to get the other modes to work with the new battery.

Could it be a firmware mishmash between engine and battery?

I would make sure the plug and plug hole is clean and dry. The very small pin head sized pins, do the communication between the battery and motor. Does not take much for the signal to be lost.
