switch on, the battery would not power-on any more. Any help, please?

Hello All.
need some help please with my specialized levo 2017 battery.
I add an handbar switch to my e-bike. Since then, the battery is "dead". I can no longer switch it on. it is fully carged but won't turn on.
did any one had this issue? can anyone help?
