Hi all,

Just got into the hobby and loving it. Recently bought a Merida e160-700.

Can anyone tell me if I can connect to the setup via bluetooth / etube app? I was under the impression that I could but cannot, for the life of me, figure it out.

Motor is an ep6, display is SC-EN600 and switch / controller is SW-EN600-L.

There no options for bluetooth within the SC-EN600 like there is on the EM800 but are you able to connect via the SW-EN600-L some way?

I have tried the instructions but they are not helping!

Turn on the bike. Open the app. It should start searching for a bike to connect to.
Once you’ve done that, you can see all the various stats, do updates of the firmware, alter the assistance etc. After changes are made, you’ll need to disconnect before the bike becomes active again.

Tried that but it never finds the bike.

Open the app first and immediately after that turn the bike on. If your bike is on before you open app, it`s not gonna find it. At least this works for me. Seems that there`s narrow window when bike is visible by bluetooth…
Ah ok, i’ll try that. I’ve not been doing it like this.

Yes. But if ever if the bike is on before you open the App on your phone. You can open and connect the App by just pushing a button on the SW-EN600-L , after the App has opened. It won't connect unless you do. It prevents just anyone connecting to your bike and tampering with your settings.
