Suspensions for you—plus size edition.

So, I go about 260 pounds/ 117.93 kg with my CamelBak.
I don’t get suspensions well, Superman had kryptonite, I have suspensions.

So I would ask for some help with the twists, clicks and turns to get me dialed in to a tweakable starting point as far as my suspension.
I have a Haibike Allmtn 2.0 which has a 160 mm Rockshox Yari and Rear Shock: RockShox Deluxe RT, Air

I think because I’m bigger, and have a heavier bike, that dialing in my suspension is all the more important.
I like plush rides too if that means a little more cushy/bouncy
My riding conditions will be central Florida, and I want to learn bunny hops, wheelies, etc. ASAP

I have the little dial at the foot of the Yari—what’s my clickage there?

What the heck does the plus and minus dial do at the other end do? Is that the “tweaker” of the
plushness up front.? Please someone, for the sake of all our suspension illiterate, sick fellow obese riders, explain: hook a brother up.

Also, explain the back suspension with its sexy red dial, and mysterious erect/ non-erect lever.
I am so confused. ???

No one can tell you what rebound etc to run, the rockshox site will give approx settings to start with. Take a few minutes and read it and then go from there.
