....When I put my 500wh battery in the bike it works great.
I've used the 700wh since November without any issue( probably 50 rides) . Took the battery to the LBS and it works fine in their bike.
They suggested I bring both batteries and bike over to do a firmware update.

Anyone else seen this before?

Update here. Went to do a ride this morning, and the bike would not start with either battery.
Looks like the internal power cable might have gone bad. :(
What's worse is my '18 Kenevo (spare bike) broke a spoke and I did not notice until I took it down to ride it today.
The weather out here in SoCal is perfect for riding. Im so bummed!!

...and another update. My LBS called to let me know they replaced the main wire harness, TCU and still no joy.
I guess all that's left is another motor? They are calling specialized monday to get permission to install one.
Bummer, as this bike was totally trouble free for the 1st 2600 or so miles.
