Other STRide SP App for Specialized Turbo

Hello everyone.

I have adapted my STRide App for Specialized bikes. Supports:
- Levo 2019+ (gen2, gen3) w/o MasterMind TCU
- Levo 2022+ gen3 with MasterMind TCU equipped with Levociraptor device

I tested it on my Levo gen3 with MasterMind and Levociraptor gen3, on Levo gen2 2019, Levo gen3 w/o MasterMind TCU.
In theory it should work fine on Levo SL, Kenevo, Kenevo SL.

New features: added support for SRAM AXS via ANT+.

The App is available on Google Play, App Store

To connect the bike via Watch: start the App on iPhone, then start the App on Watch, press "Connect to the bike"

The new "STRide SP" 1.2 version is available.

I added support of Specialized diagnostic protocol, so now Levo gen2 and gen3 (w/o MasterMind TCU) are supported directly (Levociraptor is not required).
