Does this bike come tubeless ? Or tubeless rdy like my reaction hybride ?

The shop I was in yesterday, the store manager was rather keen on me riding a 2020 race 140, before I bought anything else.. He's giving me a call in 3 weeks.. allegedly.

I think the 140 come quicker , the 120 top model stereo 2020 is end January production, so bike at dealer February.....

No idea fella, although he did state that Cube were visiting the shop today, hence why he is calling in a few weeks once he's taken delivery of the new stock.

Coming from a 120 hardtail, my thinking was a 150/160, to accommodate the additional bike (& mine) weight.., so maybe you are spot on with the delivery dates.. Perhaps there is more profit in a 140..

I must say though I would put another layer of tape on the rim
I didn’t and I ended up have to re-do the tape, as the original’s wouldn’t stop leaking........ just a little tip ?

Don’t know , I had till 8 years ago a successful high end bicycle store. Around my place all pine forest, with a bit of elevation. On Sunday I drive to organized rides in the French Pyrénées , even there the 120 will be enough, I follow people on fullys on my ht. Did 10 years bmx freestyle during my youth and later mtb trial... it’s more the person then then bike

Ty , did my reaction last week , just Stan tape and Stan fluid , worked 1st time

a bit grease here from factory but no anti squeek grease

not a lot of grease here either and hub to tight, too much tension...

bar ends installed, made tubeless. Best pedals on the planet installed of to test ?????

Probably too busy using the grease on the 2020 bikes ? although I do like to check headsets etc for enough grease on a new bike ?

Yep. Cube's 'tubeless ready' is a joke. Mine (on two bikes) leaked so badly you couldn't inflate them, even with a compressor. The tape supplied didn't even adhere to the rims so needed to be junked completely and replaced.

Several Cube in the croud (mine and 3 more friends) . All tubless converted with rim stock tape replaced. No issues so far. Acording to local dealer the fited stock tape is only for tube use .

I replaced mine with DTSwiss tape, the stock protector isn't even sticky. It is only for tubes.

Use on both bikes Stan tape an product, both worked fine. Even on one not tubeless tyres but the Schwalbe oem ones ?
