Someone with this motor, can you tell me
what happens after the battery indicator gets in the red (one bar showing)

ls there any further warning or does it just cut out after that?

The "remaining range" indicator wasn't working (it works sometimes) so l
need to know what happens next!

l turned down to
"eco" and made it home, around five miles but with a couple of big hills.

When I first got the bike I took it down to the red to see what happened. Eventually, it just stops and you are on your own. You can still pedal the bike but you have no pedal assist. How long after depends upon how you are riding the bike. Once it goes red, unless you can see the finish line, I'd stay in Eco and pedal in easy gears.

If you got into the red or depleted the battery completely, give the battery at least an hour's charge before leaving the bike.

When mine goes to red it continues operating normally until it begins flashing and providing minimal assist. After a while doing that it goes dead.

Yep sometimes when it gets lower then it switches to a forced eco mode (sometimes it doesn't).

Sometimes when the assist stops completely, you can turn the bike off, turn the bike on, and get a small further amount of battery (and sometimes not).

The red light will blink for a few minutes before it cuts off.

OK so if there's a flashing red light l am
about to get a leg workout

l will remember that. When l got home l checked on the app and the battery was at 7%
Light was still solid red.
