STEPS 6100 Broken!?!?!?!

My STEPS 6100 has died. It started making a terrible grinding noise and then it lost all power. When pedaling you can here the motor making a noise, and it isn’t the right one, but it isn’t providing any power. So sad.

It's broken, easy warranty claim, hopefully?

I’m taking it in tomorrow. Hopefully parts are available. I know a lot of bike stuff is backordered.
