There might not be enough clearance inside the frame seat tube to have the post any lower.
Sounds like you need more rise on the stem or even higher swept bars?

Higher rise bars, shorter bars, move saddle forward, ensure all steerer spacers are above the stem. The last 2 cost nothing so worth doing first.

I had a large Levo being 5.11 and I felt the same as you describe bike felt short I sold my large and I am now looking for an XL but there is none anywhere
