Had rear brake issues on my Whyte 160, awful squeal and vibration trough bike.
Had a look and the disc looked black like it had been subject to extreme heat, its only done a few hundred miles.
Anyway cleaned it all off and did a test ride, no noise but after 20 miles the disc is looking burnt again.
This is also with a new set of pads to ensure I had no contamination.
Not seen this before and reluctant to spend £40 on a new SRAM disc.
Anyone had this?
