Currently running guide T brakes which I don't mind for my level of skill but the wandering bite point as the pads wear down is annoying.

Would it be worth upgrading the levers to RSC's to get a bit more adjustment?

Wandering bite point can probably be fixed with a bleed. Works with my shimanos, as the pads wear down you can "reset" the lever bite point with a little bleed trick.

I don't understand problems or need to change bite point when pads wear down, every brake caliper as I know it will compensate for pad wear - the caliper pistons will advance when pads wear down keeping brake pads surface always in same distance from the rotor surface, consequently lever stroke should also be more or less the same trough the lifetime of the brake pads ...
