I'm finding lots of info about squeaky brakes when under braking.. but my back wheel is squeaking, I'm pretty sure it's the brakes as when I apply them, the squeaking stops. I start the ride, no squeaking, then as the brakes warm up the wheel will squeak unless I'm applying brake. HERE'S A LINK TO A VIDEO OF THE ISSUE

I cant access the video but it bet that is either an alignment issue or the pistons not bouncing back far enough. Your pads will be rubbing on the disc.

Remedy: take the pads out of the caliper, carefully push the pistons back into the caliper (see youtube). Give the pads a quick sanding to resurface. Put the pads back in, mount the caliper. Pump the brake till the pads touch again and the lever feels firm. Re-align the caliper so that you can see daylight or fit a bit of paper between the disc and pads. might pay to rebed the pads too, find a long smooth downhill road and drag the back brake at long intervals.
