Spend 4.5k on old or 9k on new

Thinking of giving my alloy frame Levo a complete rebuild and paint. It has 13,000km on it and needing new suspension, brakes, 504wh battery ect at approx cost of 4.5k

or do I buy another new eMtb at the cost of approx 9k of similar spec to what I’d rebuild the Levo to ? With larger 630wh battery newer tech ect.

love the Levo and how it rides, but it’s worn. Especially the Fork, and the battery now only having 430wh.

I’m open to all brands of bikes ect, so don’t want to here it out of the brand whores, with brand war discussion.

So 4.5k on old, or 9k on New ?

Rather than throwing good money at an old beater, I'd be looking at selling the old bike to offset the cost of a new bike.
