Spectral on bottle cage

With the weird bottle cage screw layout with the one on the tube and two at the bottom, it seems the only compatible bottle cage is the canyon own brand side loader one.

Am I missing something and it's just a different type?

Bump, I'm not prepared to pay £29 (18.95 + 10 shipping) for a bottle cage!
