Specialized turbo levo 2020 water problem

hello, after cleaning my bike I hear that there is water in the frame. When I turn the bike upside down, water runs out of the top tube. Is there someone with similar problems? Even where the tcu is, it is wet after a wash. I do not polish with high pressure but with a garden hose.

Perhaps you have a blocked drainage hole?

Yeah water seems to collect in the top tube for some reason, tilt the bike up into an endo and it runs out. Not something I worry about, all bikes have wee places where water collects.
