Specialized levo 2019 battery wont charge

Got a levo battery issue that I'm trying to resolve!
My 2019 levo battery won't charge, it just flashes one light twice as fast as usual. It hasn't had any issues before, has anyone had a similar experience

Hi, if a light flashes (not the first one) you have a blocked battery. Probably a cell is dead, or a water infiltration
