Where can I find a base setup (compression and rebound h/l) of Kitsuma Air for Turbo Levo?
Email or call CaneCreek with your shock model and Bike details. They can provide the base setup. I worked with them in the past to dial in a coil and they were very helpful.

I agree specialized rider care service has been great with quick turnaround

i have to assume no matter what brand motor i have that there is a chance i will break the motor. maybe more often with the brose. So I just treat the motor like any other bike part that eventually wears out and get it replaced under warranty. I actually prefer to get a new fresh motor after 1200-1500 miles of use

don’t get me wrong, I would like a motor that lasts. But if the motor lasts more than 2 years then I’ll be riding a motor with no warranty. The warranty also helps the resale value. I just haven’t found, in my opinion, a better emtb for me right now. Maybe the Yeti 160e, but I have a pet peeve about frame cutouts. And what is their turn around time in motor replacement? Because i can probably break it

overall for me, looking at the pros and cons, the motor issue is a minor thing i can deal with. The Levo is just badass. I can’t speak for anyone else in other parts of the world as they may have different experiences with how motor issues are handled. I’ll take 3-7 days downtime vs months without a bike.

my friend with a trek took 3 months to get a replacement bosch motor. buddy with a norco took over a year to get a replacement ebike frame (not motor related but still out of a bike). Yt decoy took several months to get a motor replacement.

i do hope specialized and brose make improvements. If it weren’t for their warranty and great service I’d probably be riding a Kenevo SL and a full powered ????

The only reason why the motor is replaced and warranted quickly is because that's how Brose's warranty works, if they wanted to strip and inspect every motor before replacing it, then that's how it would have to be.
I've argued with the dealer regarding other issues with other components not working correctly. I was told the part would have to be sent back to the manufacturer of the part, inspected by them and if they don't think there's anything wrong with it, then your charged.

To me this is totally wrong, the warranty is with Specialized as a whole bike, not each individual component of it subject to the manufacturers warranty of that particular part. Yes that's the case if you bought that part individually, but not when buying a complete bike costing just short of 8k.
Has anyone else been told this by their dealer?

Hello everyone, I can't find any information on internet, perhaps you can help me. I'm looking to buy a fender/mudguard for my Fox fork. The fork is a 36 Rhythm. I can't find any information about compatibility... Any idea?

I spoke with Specialized Rider Care in US recently and a new/replaced motor gets it’s own 2 year warranty. They have told me this fact more than once. It used to say it on the Specialized website up until 2019, reason why i still ask is to make sure it still applies. I think i took a screenshot at the time when my very first motor broke. I’ll have to look for the pic. Funny thing is, a lot if dealers don’t know this.

As for other parts, I’ve sent my blown shocks directly to Fox using my Specialized Enduro proof of purchase and they honor the warranty. Fox warranty is 1 year. Not sure if the Specialized 2 year warranty applies to the shock. The shock was blown after 13 months and Fox still covered it.

I just checked Specialized Global Warranty policy and the lifetime or 2 year warranty applies to Frame and Specialized branded parts. It seems to me the other branded parts will have the warranty of manufacturer. Wear and tear items are not covered

Good thing the motor is branded Specialized

Just the 4 bars of blinking green lights at the charging port. Each bar represents approximately 25% charge. I did read that your bike TCU should not be powered on when charging, so I don’t think there’s another way to monitor. It would be great to be able to have the mastermind TCU powered on so you could see exact charge percentage during charging.

Kenevo SL does this.

Hello dear friends. I want to listen your ideas

I had a kenevo 2018 for two years with no problem, then in move to Germany and I bought a pívot shuttle 2020 in 2021 the engine had a problem. They change it and I sold it with a new engine after 1500 kms, because I read the good reviews about specialized levo and I bought a Levi pro g3. In less than one year and only 800 kms I go for the 3th engine and is the most loud bike in the market until now
What you would do in my position. The bike will be ready in 1 week hopefully is snowing again and I will not ride. But I feel really dissapointed with this bike. Is incredible to ride. But 3 engines in less than one year. Is incredible !

Try 3 engines in one week after 3 month ownership

I have problems with my front axle, hub or fork on my expert. If I hit something and the wheel experiences a change in the direction of the load, there is a "knocking" noise from the area of the hub. I already checked the thru-axle, it seems fine and when I shake the wheel with my hands, nothing moves. it seems there is some play in the axle or hub area but i cant figure out where it comes from. Does anyone have a tip what the problem could be?

When installing your front wheel, did you torque the through axle (11.9nm) and then torque the pinch bolt (5.1nm) in that order? Both to torque specs?

Yes I did, but I torqued the axle just with 9nm. I checked to see if i was wrong but 9 nm is shown on my axle.

I have my heart rate sensor paired with the Levo and the TCU shows the HR field just fine, but not getting any HR output from the Levo to my Garmin (even when I disable the non-Levo sensors). I assume the reason the Levo broadcasts an HR field is because it forwards heart rate. Any ideas why I can't read HR from the Levo?

Hi guys, I received the Kitsuma Air 210x55 and I am still waiting for the bike (alloy 2022).
I know that X2 fit (s-w and exp) but have a bad thought, could it be that Kitsuma Air don't not fit because the air valve hit the frame?
If I rotate the air body to the opposite side, when it compresses the air valve hits the piggyback

The kitsuma valve will hit the frame in the position pictured

Got my Turbo Levo Comp a few months ago and a few thoughts:

I am 5'9'' and I think I made a mistake with the size, I got S3 (sat on S4 which felt a bit too large) and constantly get a feeling that I will go over the handlebars when descending. Installing a fork stem riser as a temporary fix improved descents a tiny bit.
What is the diameter of the factory bar? Wonder if I can find something with, maybe, 60 mm rise (as opposed to the factory 30 mm rise).

have you tried setting the fork to slack and rear to low position?

It's likely your technique. When descending, always drop the saddle right out of the way, shift your body off the seat and over the back of the bike and extend your arms, bend your legs, while keeping both arms and legs active. Let the bike flow beneath you. Smaller bikes are fun for more experienced riders for their agility. Bigger bikes are more stable for inexperienced riders. Racers like bigger bikes for stability at higher speeds.

OK, never mind, this is a 2020 not 2022 - so it does not have the option to set the fork to slack...

Interestingly the manual says all are shipped with flip chip in low position but the shock is at "high" mark.
I see. It shouldn’t have S sizing then

setting to low position might help a little bit. But like @notes mentioned, it could be your technique.

If it’s a 2020 it must be an M, a friend of mine had the same problem.
If flip chip to low doesn’t solve the problem, keep it in high and put a 27,5 wheel at the back it will change drastically your ride and head angle and no more OTB feeling, even if posts on technic are naturally right.

I have a similar issue with my S3 at 176cm, but I'm not sure if it's actually a problem. When I ride standing, my center of gravity is completely balanced over the pedals and I can grip the handlebars relatively loosely (I have long arms). This allows a very agile and playful driving style in most situations. At the same time, if I need extra pressure on the front wheel, I have to shift my center of gravity towards the handlebars, which causes an unsafe feeling in some situations. With a bigger bike I would probably have constant pressure on my arms and I don't know if that would necessarily be better.
