Kenevo Gen1 Specialized Customer Support

Hi
Can anyone on here point me in the right direction for a more efficient Specialized customer support than their current offering?

I have sent an email via their online facility, however, it has been several days now and I have not heard anything back. The telephone line is just an automated message.

They were already having some staffing issues due to covid. Then their UK HQ burnt down a couple of weeks ago, so they're literally still picking up the pieces.
