Is anyone getting responses from specialized in the last few weeks? I tried to call and looks like their phones are turned off. Emailed a few times in the last two weeks without response as well. I have now have my bike in for a warranty check with the dealer and they are saying specialized isn’t taking calls even from dealers and not sure how quickly they are responding to anything right now. Just wondering what general response times people are seeing lately, not pre-COVID times which I realize are different.
