Specialized contact issues

Is anyone getting responses from specialized in the last few weeks? I tried to call and looks like their phones are turned off. Emailed a few times in the last two weeks without response as well. I have now have my bike in for a warranty check with the dealer and they are saying specialized isn’t taking calls even from dealers and not sure how quickly they are responding to anything right now. Just wondering what general response times people are seeing lately, not pre-COVID times which I realize are different.

My dealer in the UK said specilized are running slow, but are responding eventually

I think everything is messed up at the moment, I’m still waiting for a cable, pedals, airshaft and tyre from Berkshire Bikes who have them on order for 2 weeks now. The whole supply chain is on go slow ?

They did make a post on here apologising. Most of the staff are working from home and they have 400% more enquiries than normal so they're a bit swamped. Hang in there !
