Spanner icon. No power.

I have fastroad e+ ex pro.
Giant RideDash EVO display

Giant RideControl Ergo controller

Just taken the bike off charge and while the display and bike lights power on, there is no power, a flashing red light on the control unit, a spanner icon on the display

I can’t turn the display or lights off, all buttons are unresponsive.

Any suggestions?

i connected the bike to my phone and ran a firmware update that has resolved things. No idea why this error happened, but issue now resolved.

The local giant dealer said that this could be the result of a fault code, eg from the torque sensor. I did start to ride the bike without power, then turned the bike on while pedalling. I wonder if the affected the calibration of the torque sensors?
