Ok here’s my dumb questions. Whats the real difference when you put you flip chip on low compared to buying an off set bushing for your shock?? Just curious and I know you guys have the answers...
After that I’m long to turn my 21 Levo possibly into a Mullet BUT I do like how she rolls thru x country. My thoughts were to set up a full 27” wheel and swap it when I went to do some down hill single track rides? So what’s my plus and minuses? What’s the best way to do this? Flip chip, off set bushing or 27.5 wheel set up?? Need some input before I make any decisions.....thanks guys

It's the same. Shortens the eye-to-eye (offset bushing or in low). Obviously if you have an offset + "low" , you get double the effect.

I mulleted my Levo SL plus upped the fork to 170mm. BB was ~340mm with a 50% offset bushing ( I had them make one that was half as offset for clearance issues), and flip chip in high. HTA is ~ 63.6

Mullet will slacken things out and lower the BB. Flip to Hi to mitigate some of that effect.

I have a Levo SL as well. I bumped up my front to 170mm but also want to increase the rear. Will two offset bushings allow me two put a 216mm x 63mm rear shock in? (Stock shock is 210mm x 52.5mm and I currently have Fox X2 210mm x 55mm)

Will the offset bushings help that?
