Sold my 2021 wild FS M20 to a close friend, and now it's shopping time again... I was contemplating getting a pure SL ebike but now so sure I'll end enjoying it (pretty gnarly stuff to climb here in the Alps) and was oriented toward a full power SL untile I saw the new crafty and fell a bit in love😅😅😂😂
So now on the table (and in the budget) there's
- rise Lt h10 (best bang for bucks rise imho)
- moterra SL (got some nice prices for SL1 and sl2)
- crafty carbon r (heavier for sure but reading review seem a perfect all-round bike)

Wish there was something a la moterra SL but with Bosch motor (I do like it more)...
Anyway got any suggestion or anything that could help me choosing? Real world experiences? I know in the end it's my decision but it's always useful to see other opinions and experiences.

You could always wait another 2 years, maybe the gen 4 Levo will be out then😂🤣

At this point I probably wouldn’t buy anything that’s not “next-gen” meaning nothing without a gen 5 Bosch motor or DJI motor.

I heard from reliable source good things about Moterra SL, suprisingly good trail bike despite really slack head angle and even better going down. I could buy one only because of the looks...and there's reaaly great deals at the moment. :D . New Crafty R looks great, probably my favourite Bosch Gen5 bike.

New Bosch seems the way to go... Not so sure about DJI... Still has to prove is reliable enough
New Wild just announced! Could be an option. Lighter but with new battery options and latest Bosch motor...
If possible I would like to change model, the wild is a great bike, always was, but I'd prefer something fresh and different.

Same here, and the SL1 seems a really nice kit, never had a Shimano motor, I'm sure it's good enough too, the bike is really a looker and it's a nice compromise weight/performance side.
New crafty seems to be the new all-round king, price/perf is good, too bad they're rarely discounted... Still could spend a bit more if it's worth it, don't want to be the richest man in the graveyard
😅😂

I'm out of the loop so not sure if there's still 2025 models to be released from major brands or if the year is done

I have first Shimano now on my Bullit, I mainly ride trail mode (which is dynamic) and I reaaly like it. I had Levo previously. Shimano is not so efficient than Specialized and cut off at speed limiter is not so smooth than on Specialized or on Bosch, but otherwise great motor, I really like it.
