Size of bike battery

How long do you think before the size of our bike battery’s come down. Not in whatts but in actual size of the battery. Remember the first mobile phones and the size now. I can see the battery being the size of a mobile phone and just tucked up under the seat etc but still with the same amount of power in the next five years making ebikes lighter and taking another battery with you much easier.

cant see any monumental shift in the next 5 years.

Cars will drive battery tech over the next couple of decades which should filter down to bikes, but I cant see a big change occuring in a 5 year time frame.

Considering frame specs, I think sweet spot is about the atual 500wh lenght. So supose the trend is going to be more capacity in this size.
