Shout out to Topeak

The presta side of the head on my JoeBlow Sport floor pump lost a tiny part. The result is that the pump head would not seal on the valve stem. I couldn't find a rebuild kit online, so I emailed a closeup pic of my presta bits to Topeak and asked if I could buy the part I needed directly from them.

I got a reply in less than 24 hours, which is amazing by itself, but Topeak said they would send me a complete new head if I would send my address. I received the part yesterday at no cost to me for the part or the shipping, and the replacement part is fancier than the one that broke (the replacement is a "Smarthead").

This is awesome customer service!
